Once you reserve a spot in our Safe Driving Program you will receive a confirmation packet via mail or email. On the day of your event please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to your experience and have your waivers and participant forms filled out completely, as well as your driver’s license or learners permit.

Atlanta Motor Speedway

From the North: Take I-75 south to exit 235 (Hwy 19-41 South). Follow Hwy 19-41 south roughly 15 miles to the speedway. See “Once at the Speedway” below.

From the South: Take I-75 North to Exit 205 (GA Hwy 16 West). Follow Hwy 16 through Griffin to Hwy 19-41 North towards Hampton. Approximately 30 minutes from Griffin. See “Once at the Speedway” below.

From the West: Take I-20 East to I-485 East/South to I-75 South. Use exit 235 (Hwy 19-41) south roughly 15 miles to the speedway. See “Once at the Speedway” below.

Once at the Speedway: Enter speedway at the main entrance off Hwy 19-41 (at the message board), follow to the “T” intersection, and turn left. Look for signs to direct you to the Clubhouse. This building is located at the base of the Corporate Tower. Parking will be marked.

From I-75/85 Northbound: Take exit #246-Fulton St On the exit ramp follow the signs to Fulton St./Zoo Atlanta. Turn right onto Fulton St. Turn right onto Capitol Ave./Hank Aaron Drive.

From I-75/85 Southbound: TWO OPTIONS: 1. Take Exit #248-A-Martin Luther King Dr./State Capitol/Turner Field. Turn right onto Martin Luther King Dr. Proceed on Martin Luther King Dr. and turn left onto Washington St. Proceed and turn left onto Mitchell St. Follow and turn Right onto Capital/Hank Aaron Drive. Follow to stadium. 2. Take Exit # 246 Ð Fulton St./Turner Field. Turn left onto Fulton St. Turn right onto Capitol Ave./Hank Aaron Drive.

From I-20 Westbound: TWO OPTIONS: 1. Take Exit #58-B-Hill St./Turner Field. Turn left onto Hill St. Turn right onto Glenwood. Glenwood becomes Fulton St. Turn left onto Capitol Ave./Hank Aaron Drive. 2. Take Capitol Avenue Exit directly off of I-20. Turn Left onto Capitol Avenue and follow to stadium.

I-20 Eastbound:Take Exit #56-B-Windsor St./Spring St./Turner Field. Stay straight on Windsor St. Follow Windsor St. and turn left onto Central Avenue. Follow Central Avenue, and turn right onto Memorial Drive. Follow Memorial Drive and turn right onto Capital Avenue. Continue straight to lots.

Once at the field: Once at Turner Field or the stadium follow the Richard Petty Safe Driving Program signs for parking and check-in. See attached map..

From the North: From I-77 south, continue until exit 13A (I-85 north to Greensboro). Once on I-85 continue to Exit 49 (Bruton Smith Blvd. /Concord Mills) take a right off the exit towards the speedway.

From the South: From I-77 north, continue until exit 13A (I-85 north to Greensboro). Once on I-85 continue to Exit 49 (Bruton Smith Blvd. /Concord Mills) take a right off the exit towards the speedway.

From the East: From I-40 west, take exit 123 (I-85 south to Charlotte). Continue on I-85 south to exit 49 (Bruton Smith Blvd./ Concord Mills) take a left off the exit towards the speedway.

From the West: From I-40 east, continue to exit 152A (I-77 south to Charlotte). From I-77 south, continue until exit 13A (I-85 north to Greensboro). Once on I-85 continue to Exit 49 (Bruton Smith Blvd. /Concord Mills) take a right off the exit towards the speedway .

Follow Bruton Smith Blvd to the stoplight (Speedway will be directly in front of you). Go Straight across Hwy 29 and make an immediate LEFT. Follow the Richard Petty Driving Experience Safe Driving signs around the perimeter road to your first stop sign. Turn right and stop at the security booth to sign in. Then proceed through the tunnel and follow the signs to the designated parking area. Then proceed to the Media Center to check in.

From the East: From I-40 west, take exit 123 (I-85 south to Charlotte). Continue on I-85 south to exit 49 (Bruton Smith Blvd./ Concord Mills) take a left off the exit towards the speedway.

From the West: From I-40 east, continue to exit 152A (I-77 south to Charlotte). From I-77 south, continue until exit 13A (I-85 north to Greensboro). Once on I-85 continue to Exit 49 (Bruton Smith Blvd. /Concord Mills) take a right off the exit towards the speedway .

Follow Bruton Smith Blvd. past the Tom Johnson Camping Center and turn left at the zMax Dragway sign. Follow the Richard Petty Safe Driving Program signs and park in the designated area. Proceed to the registration table to check in. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to your experience and have your participant forms filled out and your driver’s license or learner’s permit.

Walt Disney World Speedway

Directions:

From the Airport: 528 West to I-4.  I-4 West to exit 64 (192 West/Magic Kingdom/MGM Studios). Follow all signs to Magic Kingdom.

From I-4 East or Westbound: Exit 64 (192 West/Magic Kingdom/MGM Studios). Then follow all signs to Magic Kingdom.

From Hwy 192: Exit at the Walt Disney World exit (no exit #). Follow all signs to the Magic Kingdom.

Upon entering the Walt Disney World property, proceed towards the Magic Kingdom toll plaza. Let the toll attendant know that you are heading to the Walt Disney World Speedway to avoid the parking fee. Once through the toll booth, follow the road to the left. You will begin to see signs to the Richard Petty Driving Experience. Continue to drive around the outside of the speedway. To the left you will see a white security station and tunnel entrance. Proceed through the tunnel to the infield and look for RPDE personnel to direct you to parking. (Note: Lunch facilities are limited inside the Park. There is a Hess gas station across the street with fresh made sandwiches, hamburgers, etc., but you may consider bringing lunch as well.)
