Your hands are on the wheel, your foot is on the gas, and you're in the driver's seat for 8 thrilling laps around Las Vegas Motor Speedway in a 600 horsepower NASCAR race car. The Las Vegas Rookie Tour requires reservations.

Rookie Tour pickups occur from five locations on the Las Vegas Strip on active tour dates:
- Pick up at Excalibur Rotunda (Airport/Shuttle Bus area) and Paris (North Tour Lobby by Race & Sports Book) –7:30am & 11:30am
- Pick up at Treasure Island (Sirens Cove Bus Area), the Mirage (North Tour Valet), Harrah’s Bus Depot (adjacent to Harrah’s main valet)–8:00am & 12:00pm

This fee is in lieu of a "crash clause" requiring each participant to commit a certain amount that will be forfeited in the event of an incident/crash. RPDE provides that each driver who pays the $25 Driver Release Fee will not be responsible for most damage to the car resulting from an incident/crash at the track. Only in the event that a driver intentionally or negligently fails to follow instructions which leads to an incident/crash will RPDE seek financial recompense for resulting damage to the vehicle.
