Part Time Customer Sales and Service Center Representative (Corporate Headquarters-Concord, NC)

This position will require candidate to work during any shift including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends- Approximately 8-32 hrs per week

Job Description

  • Answer inbound sales and customer service calls
  • Make outbound calls to clients on wait lists/affected by schedule changes
  • Book reservations and process payments
  • Send information packages to customers and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain daily incoming call and cancellation sheets
  • Prepare collateral materials for mailing
  • Drop off out-going mail to Post Office
  • Document customer compliments and/or complaints
  • Cover reception desk on occasion
  • Misc. projects as assigned by Manager

 

Requirements

  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Retail sales experience a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate Computer skill level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent Customer Service, Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Sound judgment and decision making abilities
  • Ability to multi-task (ex: type on computer/talk on phone)


 

 

Crew Member

Job Description

  • Work outdoors in a customer focused, fast paced, team environment
  • Assisting customers with check-in
  • Outfitting customers with appropriate gear
  • Assisting customers on and off pit road and in and out of cars
  • Setting up and breaking down pit road area
  • Cleaning cars
     

Requirements

  • 1-2 years work experience
  • Self motivated and dependable
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Adheres to safety and attendance guidelines
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Able to stand for 8-12 hrs per day
  • Professional appearance

Photo and Merchandise Sales

Job Description

  • Sell merchandise, photos, ride tickets and snacks
  • Open/Close register; complete necessary paperwork
  • Assist with preparation of graduation packets
  • Take photos of riders and drivers
  • Download images into computer and process photos
  • Set up and tear down merchandise trailer
  • Work outdoors in a customer focused, fast paced, team environment
  • Clean cars
     

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous retail or cashier experience a plus
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Possess basic math skills
  • Sound judgment and decision making
  • Professional appearance
  • Able to stand 8-12 hrs per day

Truck Driver (Corporate Headquarters-Concord, NC)

Job Description

  • Travel to various locations throughout the US
  • Work outdoors in a customer focused, past paced, team environment
  • Safe transportation of company equipment
  • Load/unload cars and equipment
  • Assist team with on-track programs
     

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL (with airbrake endorsement)
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • Schedule flexibility
  • 3-5 years safe driving record
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Live within 75 mile radius of Concord, NC
  • Professional appearance
